SAMSON 2022 HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NEEDED TO ENTER OR WIN.  A purchase will not increase your odds of winning.

Get the ultimate in Podcasting with Samson.  There will be three prize levels:

First Prize: One (1) lucky winner will receive a complete Samson Podcasting Outfit, including a Q9U Microphone with an MB38 microphone boom arm, SR990 Studio Reference Headphones, and a pair of Samson MediaOne M30BT Monitors.

Second Prize: Three (3) lucky winners will each receive a Q9U Mic with an MD5 desktop mic stand, and a pair of SR850 Studio Reference Headphones.

Third Prize: Five (5) lucky winners will each receive a Samson Q2U Podcasting Pack and a pair of SR850 Studio Reference Headphones.

Not open to residents of Rhode Island.

HOW TO ENTER:

1. Enter by completing the online form located at https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/123bbf-125136?framed=1(the “Contest Entry Page”).  After you complete and submit your entry, you may submit additional entries by taking the actions specified in the Contest Entry Page such as, referring friends, visiting the Samson Facebook page, and any of the other actions specified on completion of the entry form.  Each action will only create additional contest entries if completed through the Contest Entry Page. 

2. This contest is sponsored solely by Samson Technologies Corp. (“Sponsor”). Your entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor if incomplete or not compliant with the rules. If you attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  By entering this Contest, you agree to all contest rules, that you meet all eligibility requirements, and that everything in your entry is true.

3. You may enter from November 18, 2022 at noon until December 9, 2022 at noon Eastern Time.

4. We will select nine (9) winners at random from among all contest entries; the first selected will receive the First Prize, the next thee selected will win the Second Prize, and the last 5 selected will win Third Prize.  The decision of the Sponsor is final and cannot be appealed.

5. On December 16, 2022, we will notify you by e-mail if you’ve won. The winner will be expected to complete and sign Sponsor’s contest winner form.  Failure to complete, sign, and return the form within 10 days, will disqualify the winner and a new winner will be selected and notified in the same manner.  Sponsor will not be responsible for any failure to receive the e-mail notification.  You alone are responsible to make sure the e-mail address in your entry is correct and to check your junk mail and spam blockers to make sure you receive the e-mail notification.

6. Only the prizes specified in these rules will be awarded and no others.  We are not responsible for shipping errors. The prizes are not transferable. All prize related expenses, including without limitation all federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, statements, voice, biography, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. This promotion is sponsored and administered solely by Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google.

8. We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, reject any entry, or make any revisions to the official rules as we deem necessary. 

9. This Contest is open only to US Residents 18 years of age or older, except for the employees and immediate family (spouses and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses) of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and any other company involved in the design, production, execution or distribution of the sweepstakes drawings.  All entries become the property of the Sponsor who will not return them.  Void where prohibited by law.  Contest is not open to residents of Rhode Island.

ADDITIONAL RULES:  Winners will be selected from qualifying entries at random.  The decision of the Judges will be final and non-appealable.  One entry per customer.  Samson Technologies Corp. (Sponsor) is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries.  Each entrant, whether or not selected as a winning entrant, consents to the use of his or her name and/or likeness by the Sponsor for advertising purposes in any media without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Any tax liabilities are solely the responsibility of the winners and the winners may be required to provide his or her United States social security number for tax purposes. No content will be accepted for the contest that is defamatory, obscene, owned by a third party or, may, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, be inappropriate or harmful to Sponsor’s reputation.

ODDS OF WINNING:  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  We expect many entries and only 9 winners.

IF YOU WIN:  Winners release the Sponsor, and each of its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with the Contest and in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the use of or the installation of the Prize. Each winner hereby consents to the use of his or her name and/or likeness by the Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.  Failure to comply may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate. Any tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winner only.  Prize components are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Sponsor does not make any warranty (including fitness for particular purpose) or guarantee with regard to the Prize.  If the Prize is not available, Sponsor may substitute an item of comparable value.
